Does it come with essential oils?
No, oils are not included. Add 3 to 5 drops of any essential oil, or use plain water for just the glow and humidity.
Is the flame real?
No. It's LED light shining through cool mist, so it never gets hot.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 15 business days later. Shipping is free in the US. For holiday gifts, order by early December.
What if it arrives damaged?
